Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawals of funds from the ClicPay platform have costs that depend on the channel used for processing.

Note: Withdrawal fees are calculated based on the requested amount and vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method. Processing time may also differ between channels.

How Fees Are Applied

All payments received through ClicPay are subject to the platform fee and the respective payment gateway fee.

Example: For a 1,000 MZN payment received via M-Pesa, the total fee would be 5% (Platform: 2% + M-Pesa: 3%), resulting in a fee of 50.00 MZN.
